Before OPELL Construction and Development Corporation were established, the management of the company has been in the field of construction for almost 25 years with experience in various projects such as Ports and Harbors, Dredging and Reclamation, Pile Driving, Soil Stabilization, Sheet Piling, Concrete Batching Plants, Foundation Works, and other General Engineering Services.
